PURPOSE: A terminal for integrated management of an e-document, an e-document management server, and method thereof are provided to strengthen uniqueness and security of the e-document by storing the e-document completed in the user terminal to the e-document management server. CONSTITUTION: A user authentication module(140) performs the authentication of the terminal's user. A locking module(130) applies a locking policy which limits the storage space in the terminal based on the authentication result. A hooking module(120) applies a hooking policy which controls the operation of an application program. When the e- document written with the application program is stored, a document managing module(110) is driven by the hooking module.
