PURPOSE: A construction management method and a system adequate for construction design operation based on search of unit construction amount and a computer-readable medium thereof are provided to offer reliable construction schedule data by utilizing accurate process data built in database. CONSTITUTION: The data about the unit process quantity of each project is inputted based on the classification codes(S410). The data about the unit process quantity is stored in database(S430). The unit process quantity is provided based on data which the unit process quantity remains(S440,S450) on the working screen of the worksheet related to the construction schedule. The construction period is calculated according to the provided unit process quantity. The calculated construction period is reflected in a worksheet(S461).
