[PROBLEMS] To prevent information leak when passing outside confidential information data stored by using the secret sharing method. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Data to be passed to a confidential information data distribution destination is divided into a plurality of pieces of data by using the secret sharing method.Some of the data pieces are stored in a portable storage medium by a data distribution source and delivered to the distribution destination by means such as door-to-door delivery service. The remaining data pieces are downloaded by the data distribution destination by accessing a predetermined Web site. A computer of the data distribution destination restores the original confidential information data from the data pieces acquired by the two types of route.
