<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium iron composite oxide particle powder with high charge and discharge capacity and excellent in a filling property and a preservation property. <P>SOLUTION: In the olivine type composite oxide particle powder for a nonaqueous secondary battery, a composition is to be: Li<SB>x</SB>Fe<SB>1-y</SB>M<SB>y</SB>PO<SB>4</SB>(0.9<x<1.3, 0≤y<0.3, M:Mg, Zr, Mn, Al, Ti, Ce, Cr, Co, Ni, Nb, Mo), a content of sulfate ion is 1,000ppm or less, a content of sodium ion 1,000ppm or less, a ratio of carbon compound inside and/or on the surface of the particle is 0.2% or less, and an average particle diameter is from 0.05 μm to 50 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
