<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management system for facilitating updating a setting content of a unit. <P>SOLUTION: This equipment management system is provided with:a plurality of units 1 connected to a plurality of units of equipment (lighting equipment Ld, measuring equipment Ms) existing in a predetermined management area via a communication network, and for managing the equipment according to setting content stored in a storage part 10 when receiving a control signal; and a setting device 7 having a storage part 70 for storing latest setting content of each unit 1.
