PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural stone-like wall surface material maintaining a beautiful decorative state for a long period of time, dispensing with maintenance and high in durability; and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The natural stone-like wall surface material contains a base material layer 17 obtained by applying an application material that contains aggregate and synthetic resin and may contain inorganic powder, in a nonmixed multicolor state. The surface of the base material layer 17 includes a rugged part, and at least a part of each projecting part is formed in plane shape 20 by polishing. A primer coating layer 22 containing a siloxane crosslinked acrylic-silicon polymer not containing a matte agent, and a finish coating layer 23 containing the siloxane crosslinked acrylic-silicon polymer with the matte agent added, are formed on the surface of the base material layer 17.
