<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an output density of output image data without changing a moving speed of a printing medium relative to a recording head. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When an image is printed on a printing medium 143 which moves in a predetermined speed relative to the recording head 141 by ejection of ink from the recording head in accordance with output image data, the output image data 121 is processed in accordance with a preset output density magnification and a time interval 132 of ejection of ink for the recording head 141 is determined depending on the preset output density magnification.
