<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood frame for a vehicle with a bed having no risk of loss of components without limiting loading amount and loading state of cargos by being easily made compact and being stored as it is in the bed without moving the hood frame to other storage place. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this hood frame, one end side in a flexible rod is slidably and rotatably mounted on an end of the bed, and a center part in a U-shaped leg part is mounted to be slidable and rotatable in relation to the flexible rod. The flexible rod therefore is only rotated with the one end side of the flexible rod as a shaft when storing the hood frame, and thereby the flexible rod is contracted by self weight and also the U-shape leg part is directed downward by self weight and is lowered on the flexible rod.
