PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image forming system forming an outputting image corresponding to the frame rate of the original image. SOLUTION: The medical image forming system has an image information acquiring part for acquiring the image information of the object present in a subject, a position information forming part for detecting the position where the image information is acquired to successively form the position information corresponding to the detection result, an original image forming part for successively forming the original image based on the image information by one frame rate, an outputting image forming part for acquiring not only position data on the basis of a first acquiring rate but also the original image on the basis of a second acquiring rate and combining the position information and the original image to form the outputting image, and a control part for adjusting the first acquiring rate and the second acquiring rate corresponding to one frame rate.
