PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device capable of effectively controlling the temperature of a contact part where a first connecting member of a first connector makes contact with a second connecting member of a second connector; and an electronic device. SOLUTION: This connector device 1 is equipped with a plug 2, a socket 3, and a cooling fan 4, and is further equipped with a temperature control passage to spray a temperature controlling fluid to a plug connecting member 22 and a socket connecting member 32 which are connected to each other.
