<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for an in-mold transfer foil which shows excellent solvent resistance beyond the conventional level and excellent adhesive properties during molding, as well as is free from the release between a release layer and a base film during molding transfer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This film for the in-mold transfer foil has an easy adhesive layer containing a copolyester with a secondary transfer point of not less than 40°C to not more than 85°C obtained by copolymerizing a dicarboxylic acid component with a metallic salt group, within the range of not less than 9 mol% to not more than 15 mol%, and an acrylic copolymer with an oxazoline group, based on the total acid component of the copolyester as a reference, on at least, one surface of a polyester film.
