PURPOSE: A plastic door is provided to simplify recycle by employing a synthetic resin for a door filler honeycomb and to ensure high structural rigidity and soundproof performance. CONSTITUTION: A plastic door comprises a rectangular frame(1), a front panel(3), a rear panel(4), and a door filler honeycomb(10). The rectangular frame serves as a frame supporting the door. The front and rear panels are formed of synthetic resin in a plate shape, and arranged on the front and back of the rectangular frame. The door filler honeycomb is formed by vacuum molding of synthetic resin, and filled in the cavity of the door for reinforcement. |
