PURPOSE: A damper for shutting outside air using magnetic force is provided to nearly have malfunction and to prevent contrary wind phenomenon of an outside by intensifying closing state of an opening and closing member. CONSTITUTION: A damper for shutting outside air using magnetic force comprises a hollow cylindrical member(10), an opening and closing member(20), a magnet unit(30), a hinge unit(40) and a spring(42). The opening and closing member includes the metal material and are arranged to be opened and closed in the inner one end of the hollow cylindrical member. The magnet unit gives the magnetic force to the opening and closing member to be opened with the suction force or the blowing power of a fan and block the wind force by interior and exterior static-pressure difference. The hinge unit is arranged across the cross-unit of the hollow cylindrical member. The spring is connected to the hinge unit and force into the wind force blocking direction.
