INK JET HEAD FOR PRINTING CIRCUIT USING ELECTROSTATIC FORCE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An ink-jet head for printing a circuit wire by using the electrostatic force and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the width of a line by printing the circuit wire through a force generated when applying the electrostatic force between a copper-clad laminated layer and the ink-jet head. CONSTITUTION: An ink-jet head for printing a circuit wire by using the electrostatic force includes an ink supply tube(40), an ink chamber(30), an ink-jet nozzle(15), and an insulator(20). The ink supply tube supplies the liquid ink including conductive metal particles. The ink chamber temporarily stores the liquid ink supplied from the ink supply tube. The ink-jet nozzle applies the electrostatic force to an ink droplet which is formed when the ink passes through the ink-jet nozzle to eject the droplet.
