PURPOSE: An oil pressure supply device for transmission of hybrid vehicle is provided to prevent the unnecessary consumption of the power by supplying the machinery oil pump and the fluid pressure stabilized. CONSTITUTION: The oil supply pot(5) connects the discharge side port of the machinery oil pump(1) and discharge side port of the electric-powered oil pump(3). The oil supply pot supplies the oil as a transmission. The diverter(9) includes the spool assembly(7). The diverter connects the discharge side port where gets the fluid pressure with the oil supply pot. The diverter cuts off the remaining discharge side port and oil supply pot. The suction side of the machinery oil pump and electric-powered oil pump is connected to the oil pan(11). The spool assembly is accomplished by the machine side spool(17), and the backside spool(19) and elastic member. The stack conduit line(21) is formed between the machine side port and backside port.
