PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulating apparatus for calculating a cumulative sum suitably in response to the design change of a building.

SOLUTION: The accumulating apparatus 30 includes: a room graphic data storage part 32a for storing room graphic data relating to the position and shape of a room graphic in plane coordinates; a room specification data storage part 32b for storing room ID data, specification data of the room and price data of the specifications for each of a plurality of rooms; a room ID data acquisition part 31a for acquiring the room ID data selected by a user; a position coordinate data acquisition part 31b for acquiring position coordinate data on the position coordinates corresponding to the selected room ID data; a determination part 33 for determining whether or not the position coordinates are located in the room graphic; and a cumulative sum calculation part 34 for calculating a cumulative sum on the basis of the price data corresponding to the selected room ID data and the room graphic data when determined that the position coordinates are located in the room graphic.
