<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for increasing the conidium formation number of Aspergillus oryzae on a solid culture medium culture and a liquid culture medium culture. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are a DNA encoding the following (a) or (b) protein: (a) the protein comprising an amino acid sequence originated from the specific gene of Aspergillus oryzae, (b) the protein comprising the amino acid sequence of (a) in which one or several amino acids are deleted, replaced, or added and having a function for inhibiting or preventing the conidium formation of the Aspergillus oryzae, and the method for increasing the conidium formation ability of Aspergillus oryzae, comprising inhibiting or preventing the expression of the DNA encoding the protein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
