<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin tank showing high durability even when warm water is stored therein, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The resin tank 1 for storing warm water in a hot water supply system contains at least a resin layer composed of a polybutene-based resin and an antioxidant. The polybutene-based resin is a high molecular weight polybutene-based resin having a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 150,000 to 300,000 and a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 750,000 to 1,000,000. The antioxidant is a high molecular weight antioxidant.
