PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary sluice valve for allowing easy positioning of a valve plate relative to annular sealing members, and quick assembly/disassembly. SOLUTION: The rotary sluice valve 1 is provided with: a valve plate 3 to be rotated around a supporting shaft; a valve box 5 having a flow path 4; two annular sealing members 6, 7 provided inside the flow path 4 and spaced from each other in the axial direction of the supporting shaft; a displacing means 8 for displacing one annular sealing member 6 from the other annular sealing member 7 in the axial direction; and a bearing part connected to the valve plate 3 for bearing the supporting shaft movably in the axial direction. The displacing means 8 consists of: a female screw 81 formed inside the flow path 4; and a male screw 82 threaded thereto and formed on the outer peripheral face of a set ring 61 of one annular sealing member 6.
