METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING VIDEO AND SPEECH, COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM, AND METHOD FOR COMBINING DATA AND DECODER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of adjusting speech generated by a decoder in image encoding of facial animation.

SOLUTION: Facial animation can be created including text and Facial Animation Parameters. Input text is sent to a Text-To-Speech converter 5 in a decoder that drives the mouth shapes of the face. Facial Animation Parameters are sent from an encoder to the face position over the communication channel. Bookmarks are arranged in text to be transmitted to the Text-To-Speech converter, and carry an encoder time stamp. In addition, a Facial Animation Parameter stream carries the encoder time stamp. The system reads the bookmark and provides the encoder time stamp as well as a real-time time stamp to a facial animation system.
