PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vibration-proof support structure capable of suppressing the curling phenomenon of a support part even if a deep groove is formed along an inner circumference edge of the support part of vibration-proof rubber in a collar member. SOLUTION: The vibration-proof support structure has: a pipe part 8 interposed between a vibrating body 1 and an insulated object 2 to support them with vibration-proof, inserted with a bolt 7, and fixed to the vibrating body 1; the collar member 6 formed at one end of the pipe part 8 and comprising a seat face part 9 extended radially outward therefrom; and the vibration-proof rubber 5 fitted on the pipe part 8 of the collar member 6 and interposed between the seat face part 9 and the insulated object 2. The vibration-proof rubber 5 has the ring-like support part 10 fit on an outer circumference of the pipe part 8, and a groove part 13 formed along the inner circumference edge 12 of the support part 10. An inclined face 18 is provided, inclined radially inward toward at least one of opposing faces of the support part 10 and the insulated object 2 to suppress the curling phenomenon of swelling radially outward of the support part 10.
