<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trim die capable of preventing generation of burrs when cutting a scrap. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The drawing is an explanatory drawing explaining the situation after cutting of a scrap: (a) is a perspective view; (b) is a front view; (c) is a left side view; and (d) is a d-d line section view of (b). As shown in (b), a scrap 43 is restrained with a receiving face 15 and an upper movement-restraint member 32, and further with a lower movement-restraint member 18 and an upper scrap-pressing block 27.
