<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor, the necessary structural space of which is very small and the sensitivity to the frontal body and external light is low as much as possible. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The optical sensor device with a sensor unit includes: a light emitting device (24); a light receptor (26); and a lens board (12) used for connecting the light flux emitted from a light emitting device (24) to the light receptor (26) while irradiating the inside and outside of the window glass. The lens board (12) includes a connected Fresnel structure (16a, 16b) having a Fresnel lens structures (18a, 18b) and a Fresnel reflector structures (20a, 20b) on a first surface (12a) facing to the light emitting device (24) and the light receptor (26), and a Fresnel reflector structures (22a, 22b) on a second surface (12b) opposite to the window glass.
