<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adsorb a floating virus, bring it into contact with titanium and kill and decompose the virus to achieve reduction of in-hospital infection via a person, prevention of diffusion of a new type virus, reduction of virus flying to a domestic animal feedlot, infection prophylaxis and the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By coating a facility with an aqueous composition consisting of a water-soluble resin, a photocatalyst material, and balloons (mainly glass balloons or ceramic balloons), photocatalyst particles are fixed by buoyancy of the balloons to the surface layer or to the surface of a material to be treated.
