<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric contactor advantageous in surely carrying out electric connection, and an electronic apparatus with such an electric contactor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electric contactor 44 at an electronic apparatus side includes a plurality of guide pins 46 and a plurality of contacts 48. Each guide pin 46 includes a head 50 and a shaft part 52 connected with the head 50. Each contact 48 includes a first cylindrical piece 54 wound around a tip of the shaft part 52, a second cylindrical piece 56 wound around a base end of the shaft part 52 located opposite to the head 50, and a plurality of contact pieces 58 connecting between the first and the second cylindrical pieces 54, 56. Either of the first and the second cylindrical pieces 54, 56 is electrically conducted with the shaft part 52 by elastically contacting or being fixed to an outer periphery face 5202 of the shaft part 52, while the other is arranged with a circular space S intercalated against the outer periphery face 5202 of the shaft part 52.
