<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator by which quality of mounting of a first arm part and a second arm part can be visually inspected. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The window regulator includes a non-circular hole 1012a formed in the second arm part 1012, and a non-circular projection which is formed in the first arm part 1011 in a manner that it penetrates a hole 1005a of a lift arm 1005 and the hole 1012a formed in the second arm part 1012 and that the part projecting outside from the hole 1012a of the second arm part 1012 is swaged to abut on a peripheral edge of the hole 1012a of the second arm part 1012 so that the first arm part 1011 and the second arm part 1012 may be rotated together.
