The piezoelement comprises a piezoelectric material comprising 50-100 mol% of mixed oxides of elements of barium with cobalt and/or aluminum. The piezoelectric material consists of real crystalline mixed oxides or solid solution containing the elements, and thin stacked layers. The piezoelectric material exists as volume material or as thin film, and is produced through co-precipitation, sol-gel methods or powder synthesis.
