PURPOSE: A horn shaped rudder reducing the cavitations of a gap surrounding is provided to reduce cavitations not only around a bottom pintle but also around a top pintle. CONSTITUTION: A horn shaped rudder reducing the cavitations of a gap surrounding increases gaps(9) of top and bottom pintle of the rudder by 1.7 times or two times. The horn shaped rudder increases radius of a guiding part by 1.5 or three times.
