PURPOSE: A fire-resistant rigid polyurethane foam insulating body and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure insulation performance for apartment house as well as construction convenience. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a fire-resistant rigid polyurethane foam insulating body comprises the following steps of: placing a rigid insulating sheet(30) on a non-woven fabric, and supplying the non-woven fabric(10) into a polyurethane foaming machine; spraying a polyurethane solution on the rigid insulating sheet to form a polyurethane foam layer(40); allowing the polyurethane foam layer to pass through an oven(60) to harden the same; and returning the non-woven fabric to produce the fire-resistant rigid polyurethane foam insulating body(100).
