PURPOSE: An insulating ball valve is provided to prevent accidents by blocking current flowing in a pipe through an insulation washer having a double structure and removing static electricity through a static electricity removal spring. CONSTITUTION: An insulating ball valve(100) comprises a ball(110), a handle(117), an isolation washer(120), and a static electricity removal spring(130). The ball is installed inside a pipe(10) to be rotated and opens and closes a fluid path of the pipe and controls the flow of the fluid. The handle is connected to the ball through a spindle(115). The isolation washer is installed between the pipe and the ball and blocks the current flowing in the pipe. The static electricity removal spring is installed between the spindle and the ball or the spindle and the pipe and removes the static electricity when opening and closing the pipe.
