PURPOSE: An intake/exhaust system of an air conditioner compressor for a car is provided to make a retainer integrated gasket, thereby preventing damages of an exhaust lead valve due to strong exhaust pressure, thereby simultaneously performing a sealing function of a coolant. CONSTITUTION: An intake/exhaust system of an air conditioner compressor for a car includes an exhaust lead valve(10), a retainer unit(23), and an exhaust gasket(20). The exhaust lead valve includes a flow path so that the coolant is absorbed into the center and exhausted through the outside. Moreover, the exhaust lead valve comprises an absorbing hole(11), a retainer unit and a valve unit(12). The exhaust gasket includes a sealing unit formed along with the circumference of the exhaust gasket.
