PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing an insulation panel of a cargo is provided to improve adhesive force and closure force by removing an adhesion gap. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fixing an insulation panel comprises a fixed shaft(110), an extended member(120) and a supporting bolt(130). The fixed axis is screwed up in a stud bolt of a hull. The extended member is extended to an insulation panel upper from the fixed shaft. The supporting bolt is screwed up in the extended member, supports the top surface of the insulation panel and attaches the insulation panel to the hull side.
