<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine starter capable of reducing throughput necessary for a power supply control system to manage a starting operation of an engine and of causing a vehicle to perform power supply transition as usual. <P>SOLUTION: A one push engine starting system 19 assigns an engine switch 20 only an engine starting/stopping function. Every time the engine switch 20 is operated, a power supply transition function sequentially switches the power supply state of a vehicle 1 in a routine operation from a power supply OFF state to an ACC relay ON state to an IG relay ON state. However, the power supply transition function is omitted from a switching function. When a driver rides on the vehicle 1 and an indoor check is established between the vehicle 1 and a portable device 4, the ACC relay 29 and the IG relay 30 turns on in advance ahead of an engine starting operation and power is supplied from an on-vehicle battery 24 to vehicular electrical equipment 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
