<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive abrasion-proof lens sheet which has its reverse surface hardly flawed, has a flaw in an inconspicuous state even when made, and forms no moire to provide an image of high quality. <P>SOLUTION: The lens sheet 1 has many lens structures 2 arrayed on one surface and many projections 3 of nearly constant height formed on the other surface.
