PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a metal foil laminated film having a good appearance with void reduced. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a metal foil laminated film comprises a process of laminating metal foil with an adhesive layer by heating pressurization, and further has (1) a process of preheating the metal foil or the adhesive layer, (2) a process of drawing the preheated metal foil or adhesive layer in the TD direction and (3) a process of laminating the metal foil or adhesive layer by heating pressurization.
