<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, early performing image forming processing and enabling image forming processing for a large number of copies. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 35 in the image forming apparatus 100 sets the print speed in a fixing roller 31 lower than the normal set speed in a normal mode on receiving printing of paper when the normal mode is set in the warm-up state caused by rise of a power supply or in returning from a sleep mode of saving power consumption, and after the preset fixing temperature in the fixing roller 31 is set lower than the preset normal temperature in a normal mode, the control part starts the printing operation, and sets the print speed in the fixing roller 31 to the preset normal speed at the time when the fixing temperature reaches the preset normal temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
