<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic fabric having extremely superior electrostaticity without damaging flexible feeling and appearance of the fabric. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrostatic fabric has a woven fabric texture or a knitted fabric texture, and includes electrostatic yarns intermittently arranged in the warp direction and/or the weft direction, wherein the electrostatic yarn includes an electrostatic polyester fiber satisfying all of the following requirements (1) to (3): (1) the electrostatic polyester fiber includes 3-10 wt.% polyether-ester-amide electrostatic agent based on the weight of the polyester; (2) the average particle diameter D of the polyether-ester-amide electrostatic agent in the cross section orthogonal to the fiber axis of the electrostatic polyester fiber is 10-40 nm; and (3) the ratio L/D of the average length L of the polyether-ester-amide electrostatic agent in the fiber axis direction in the cross section parallel to the fiber axis direction of the electrostatic polyester fiber to the D is ≥100.
