<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the risk that an electronic lock is illegally unlocked by a person other than allowable users. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This electronic lock control system transmits an electronic lock ID stored in a ROM to a control device when the operating section accepts an operation to instruct the unlocking of the electronic lock. The control device specifies a phone number so stored as to correspond to the received electronic lock ID when receiving the transmitted electronic lock ID, and transfers the electronic lock ID to the specified phone number. In a mobile phone, the transferred electronic lock ID is superimposed on the sound signal which indicates melody sound. The melody sound according to the sound signal on which the electronic lock ID is superimposed is emitted from the mobile phone. The electronic lock control system extracts the electronic lock ID from the sound signal which indicates the melody sound when picking up the emitted melody sound.
