DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING EMULSION

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an device which can be used for forming an emulsion with high stability which hardly generates flocculation and separation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device for manufacturing the emulsion includes a heating heater 7 heating a mixed liquid of two kinds or more of liquids which are mixed with each other, an ultrasonic cavitation generating device 8 subjecting to emulsification by mixing and making minute the liquids heated in a heating device by using an ultrasonic cavitation effect generated in an ultrasonic irradiation region between a vibration plate 32 and a reflecting plate 31, a weir 16 formed so as to enclose the ultrasonic irradiation region, and a cooling device cooling the weir 16 directly or indirectly with a cooling medium and cooling the liquid emulsified discharged from the ultrasonic irradiation region.
