<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter which is formed so as not to push out muddy water in a rotor area and thereby not to push out muddy water to an adjacent seedling planting area. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is equipped with ground leveling devices 27a and 27b leveling the ground by grounding in the width direction of the travelling body 2 and to be freely ascendable and descendable with respect to a seedling planting part 4 having a seedling planting device 52a for a plurality of lines and set to be freely ascendable and descendable at a rear part of a travelling body 2, and has a V-shaped plate 29 for dispersing muddy wave at the front side of the ground levelling devices 27a and 27b, and, ground levelling faculty of even a furrow pan in the farm field is improved with the V-shaped plate 29.
