<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic apparatus capable of coloring biological tissues reflecting normality and abnormality by adjusting the color and luminance of the biological tissues including fetus being a subject based on motion information. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic apparatus has: an ultrasonic probe transmitting/receiving ultrasonic waves with respect to a subject; an image information processing section and a motion information processing section that process the ultrasonic waves received from the ultrasonic probe into image information and motion information of the subject based on the ultrasonic waves respectively; a tissue identification section identifying a tissue included in the subject based on the image information of the subject required in the image information processing section; and a color information control means applying color information reflecting the motion information required in the motion information processing section to the image information of the tissue identified by the tissue identification section.
