<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development, which is excellent in low-temperature fixing property, blocking resistance and particle size uniformity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development includes toner particles containing a polyester resin (A) and a coloring agent. The toner particles are particles with a volume average particle size of 3-10 μm which are formed from steps of dispersing resin particles with at least a volume average particle size of 1 μm or less in water and coagulating the resin particles, the polyester resin (A) contains a linear polyester (A1) and a non-linear polyester (A2), and (A1) has an acid value of 10-200 mgKOH/G, and a glass transition temperature [Tg](°C) of (A1) and a flow softening point [Tm](°C) satisfying the relation of [Tm]-[Tg]≤38(°C).
