The three-dimensional cam valve gear has a three-dimensional cam (1) of a valve cam shaft and a transfer element which stands in connection with the three-dimensional cam by a feeler element (2). An elevation contour (4) is provided which has a section in the form of a concave curve (5) in axial direction of the three-dimensional cam. The feeler element is formed from a barrel-shaped body in a section and is curved in convex manner in axial direction.
