PURPOSE: A hybrid three dimensional cell culture support is provided, which improves elasticity or mechanical strength and promotes growth, differentiation, and movement of cell. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid three dimensional cell culture support comprises a nanofiber layer(110) of a tube type which is formed by electrospinning; a scaffold layer(120) which is arranged in the inner circumference or the outer circumference of the nanofiber layer in a helix; and a second nanofiber layer which is arranged to face the nanofiber layer around the scaffold layer. In the nanofiber layer, the nanofiber texture is formed in the longitudinal direction or the columnar direction. In the second nanofiber layer, the nanofiber texture is formed in the longitudinal direction or the columnar direction. |
