The fan is inhaled and discharged with the exhaust valve of the air. The indoor heat exchanger exchanges the selective heat discharged to the indoor through the fan. The air is mixed by driving the fan. The exhaust valve of outdoor by driving the fan and air are selectively included. The amount of the air inhaled and ventilated from the outdoor is controllable by the drive of the fan. The air is selectively inhaled from outdoor to the inlet chamber.
