PURPOSE: A diverting valve with a plurality of inlets and outlets is provided to selectively discharge water flowing from each inlet port through a plurality of outlets and implement various systems effectually by including a plurality of inlets and outlets. CONSTITUTION: A diverting valve(100) comprises a valve housing, a fixed disk(210), and a rotary disk(220). The valve housing comprises a first inflow part(111), a second inflow part(121), a plurality of first discharging parts(122a,123), and a plurality of second discharging parts(125a,126). The first inflow part is connected to the first inlet. The second inflow part is connected to the second inlet. The first discharging part discharges the water flowing in the first inflow part to the outside. The second discharging part discharges the water flowing in the second inflow part to the outside. The fixed disk is fixed inside the valve housing. The rotary disk is installed at the upper part of the fixed disk to be rotated and is selectively connected to one among the first inflow part and a plurality of the first discharging parts or one among the second inflow part and the second discharging parts according to the rotation of the rotary disk.
