摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a microcrystal of vanadium pentoxide having a layer length of 100 nm or less. <P>SOLUTION: A microcrystal particle of vanadium pentoxide is produced by heat-treating ammonium metavanadate up to 500&deg;C or less at a specified temperature rise rate. By this production method, a crystal of nano-vanadium which does not contain 0 and has a layer length of 100 nm or less is obtained. The nano-vanadium obtained by this production method can be effectively used for an electrode of an electric storage device such as a battery. The production method can be linked to a conventional production method in which ammonium metavanadate is formed at a middle process, whereby the present invention is smoothly executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
