摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide raw noodles for long-term preservation, preservable for a long term and having excellent palate feeling even after reheating when eating. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing the raw noodles for long-term preservation has a process of making noodle dough using a continuous granule mixing apparatus which comprises continuously introducing liquid into a sealed fixed cylindrical casing away from a casing central axis line when mixing granules with liquid while moving to the axial direction with a wing rotating in the casing, and scattering liquid toward a casing inner wall in the casing by applying to the edge of a granule scattering wing which is attached at a right angle to a shaft extending in the axial direction so as to mix liquid with granules near the casing inner wall. Furthermore, the method has a process of making noodle strips by extruding the noodle dough under reduced pressure, a process of making noodle ribbons from the noodle strips, and a process of heating at normal pressure the noodle ribbons thus made and/or a process of heating under pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
