<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user oneself to practice energy saving by making propriety of operation of air-conditioning equipment or lighting equipment installed in a building be easily seen. <P>SOLUTION: A management server collects an operation situation of the lighting equipment, and decides whether the operation of the lighting equipment is proper or not in each area. When the lighting equipment is turned on, it is decided whether the operation is the improper operation or not according to a use form of the area. The management server displays a state of ON/OFF of the lighting equipment of each area on a screen. When the improper operation is performed, a message of attention is displayed, and the display of the corresponding lighting equipment is blinked such that the lighting equipment performed with the improper operation is conspicuous. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
