<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete an interruption process using an intermediate tray with a simple configuration even when paper relating to the preceding standby job remains on an intermediate tray and to smoothly carry out the preceding standby job after resuming from the interruption process. <P>SOLUTION: When an interruption key 33 is operated with a paper sensor 39 detecting the presence of paper on the intermediate trays 38 and, in addition, the interruption process uses the intermediate trays 38, a control section 14 exerts control such that paper remaining in the intermediate tray 38 and relating to the preceding standby job interrupted by the interruption process is forcibly ejected onto an empty tray, while exerting control such that information including a work process of the forcibly ejected paper is shown on the display screen of a liquid crystal display section 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
